Guest Spread

The events for guests should be more spread out during the event based on "tiers". It to avoid overcrowding the venue.

Here's how smaxt#5339 puts it:

for tiers let's follow the asiapop format using this year's guests

A Tier guests (Only 1-3): Pokimane, LilyPichu, Michael Reeves

Don't exceed this limit

B Tier Guests (3-5): Voice Actors

C Tier Guests (5-8): Local Cosplayers and Artists

Regarding top tiers, we can check the APCC(Asia Pop Comic Convention) wiki as an example

They have 1-4 big time guests but that's it. No more

What I noticed with CONQuest is they went with about 8-10 guests that can be defined as A Tier https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asia_Pop_Comic_Convention
