Meet and Greets

This year's Meet and Greets were a bit of a mess. Here are some recommendations to improve the M&Gs for next year, depending on whether or not the paid Meet and Greets would return, or it would stay with the Free Meet and Greets.

Because although sure, it may be paid. But it is not possible to enforce the M&G claiming schedule as the stubs for famous creators will be something people will be willing to go early for. Examples would be the line length at Day 1 for Pokimaine and Michael stubs, then the Valkyrae, Sykunno and Leslie stubs as some people lined up very early in the morning for.

Free Meet and Greets​

If ever the Meet and Greets would remain free next year, then there must be a system in logging the people who have already claimed their stubs. This is to prevent people from claiming multiple stubs, and to prevent people from claiming stubs for their friends. A way it could be implemented is by requiring the person to present their QR code from their ticket, and then the staff will scan it to log the person as someone who has already claimed their stub. Then also add some sort of marking on the wristband to indicate that the person has already claimed their stub.

Also, the venue of claiming the stubs should be random and also not visible by the public. This is to prevent people from lining up super early for the stubs. Though, it may be possible for other people to recieve injuries as it may cause a stampede.
